Life Drawings and a Speed Painting

So far some of my best stuff as far as life studies go, I feel like I'm getting looser as I progress in my class, getting the gestures out quicker to give myself more time to render. Also I threw in a speed painting I did of Patrick Kane....er one of the stars of the Chicago BlackHawks in case you don't know the dude :) enjoy!

Another day another week.... :) So here we are again with another update of life drawing classes, still struggling with it somewhat but I keep on "trucking" as they say. The shorter times are obviously harder but once I get into it after an hour or so and we get more time...that's when it finally comes together...so I guess I cant complain as long as I finish strong...enjoy!

More Life Drawings....and a demon!!

Public sketches and life drawings

Another update for the week.....I 'm trying my best to keep em coming. Me and a buddy of mine decided to go sketch people in public, so we visited an IHOP and Caribou Cafe in his neighborhood. It was a little awkward at first, since this was our first time doing this, but once we got to Caribou Cafe we were comfortable enough and started to loosen up. We even received some compliments from some of the patrons who were there :)
