Character Illustrations

Here are some new characters from weeks past check em out and tell me what you think. BTW when I name these characters I normally name them off the top of my head.........pretty casual if you ask me, sometimes I would like to give them more of an identity but I guess I just focus more on the design..........or I'm just a bad writer :)

O.k. so here goes this one is a character that was inspired by
artists such as Frazetta and Vallejo, her names Celeste......

This is one of Napoleons artillery soldiers ready to do his duty...........

This is an updated version of an old drawing I did back in
college, its supposed to have icicles protruding
from his body.........

And finally another attempt at trying a different illustrating technique, this femme fatale is named Andrea..........

I'm liking your art spot overall. I think you did a nice job on these (sketches) overall.. My favorite would have to be the big goblin looking guy. He's well drawn and I like the attention to detail. Plus the swirls in the background give him depth w/o overdoing it.

My biggest concern is the girl in the town holding a sword. That sword looks like it weighs 400 lbs - no joke. No matter how strong a person may be, unless they are a super hero (not just your average ass kicking warrior) they would not be able to lift that thing. I would suggest you either make the sword 50-70% smaller, or (if you trying to create the illusion of it coming at the viewer) make the part where she is holding smaller and thinner and the tip wider than it currently is.

Overall though, very nice work Eric
